Blaine Police Department was first established in 1987 with 1 officer. Over the years the department has continued to grow and now has 6 officers. All of our officers have the same goal of protecting the citizens of Blaine. If you would like to report a crime within the city of Blaine please contact Chief Richard Collins at (865) 933-1240. Crimes can also be reported to the Grainger County E-911 at (865) 828-3337 (non-emergency) or 911 for emergency issues.
